With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lonnie L. Goeddel of Waterloo, Illinois, who passed away on December 30, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin F. Goeddel and Lucille P. Goeddel; and his brother-in-law John "Tom" Shrewsbury. He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Goeddel; his son Scott Goeddel (Sally); his grandchildren, Noah Goeddel and Hannah Egbert; and his sister Brenda Shrewsbury. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.

As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Monroe County Longbeards Jake's Day.
