Howell of Waterloo, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Rosco and Ann Howell. She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Howell and Marianne Moellering; and her nieces and nephews, Betty Dillow (Scott), Joey Howell (Amanda), Clifford Moellering (Veronica), Amy Hall (Tom) and Brittni Belcher (Nick). She is also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to: Alzheimer's Association.
