With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn J. Fuller of Waterloo, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Martin and Winnie Lorraine Martin; and her sister Lena Susan Beil (Michael). She is survived by: her husband Steven Fuller; her daughter Erin Fuller; her sister Helen Gonzalez (Tony); and her mother-in-law Bernice Fuller. She is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
