He is survived by: his parents, David Matthews and Debra Matthews; his brothers, Joshua Matthews (Jamie), Jacob Matthews (Kristen), Jordan Matthews (Brook), Jeremiah Matthews and Jesse Matthews; his nieces and nephews, Ashton, Amos, Abe and Quinn Matthews; and his grandparents, Ray and Gloria Matthews. He is also survived by aunts; uncles; and cousins.
