He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O. Bollinger and Catherine Bollinger. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Desai, Rachel Simshauser and Jason Bollinger (Elizabeth Murphy); his grandchildren, Cameron Simshauser, Liam Desai and Aidan Desai; his sister Carol Gatlin (Carl); and his close friend Adrienne Grossman. He is also survived by nieces; nephew; and cousins.
