She is survived by: her mother Jean Havel; her husband Thomas Wilkens; her children, Stephen Wilkens, Jeffrey Wilkens (Samantha), Lisa Sundling (Mike) and Tom Wilkens (Candiss); her grandchildren, Alex Sundling, Layne Wilkens, Maren Wilkens, Alice Wilkens and Melvin Wilkens; her siblings, Joyce Williams, Linda Benson (Bob) and John Havel (Ami); her extended family, Diane Tipton, Tom (Boomer), Dennis Phegley and Thomas Phegley Jr. (Kaleigh); and her pet Gabby.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home and Cremation Services (3412 Frank Scott Pkwy W, Belleville, IL 62223). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In honor of her loving spirit, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Saint Michael's Catholic Church of Paderborn or St. Paul UCC Church of Floraville in lieu of flowers.
