With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette M. Scheibe of Waterloo, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2023 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeanette M. Scheibe to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Scheibe; her parents, Adolph A. Steppig and Josephine M. Steppig; and her brothers, Adolph J. Steppig, Bertram Steppig and Larry Steppig.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Heitman (Mark); her close friend Marilyn Haudrich; her daughters, Shelly O'Day (Jim), Gayle Cahoon (Larry) and Kyle Yeager (Val); and her goddaughter Kara Yeager. She is also survived by niece; nephews; and cousins.
As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Gibault High School.
