Jay R. Vogt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2023, at the age of 76, Jay R. Vogt of Waterloo, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Vogt; his children, Jerry Vogt (Kejun) and Christine Ventura (Daniel); his grandchildren, Ayden, Zyden Vogt and Chase Shearer; his great grandchild Kayden Shearer; his siblings, Lorraine Hoffman, Arlene Vogt, Erlene Gasser and Melvin Vogt; his parents, Lorenzo Vogt and Ardell Vogt; and his sisters, Deloris Wienhoff and Carol Eames. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are to be given to: Waterloo Lion's club for all the wonderful help toward the hearing and vision impaired.
