We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2020, at the age of 82, James W. Scarlet (Waterloo, Illinois), born in Kennett, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James W. Scarlet to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James I. Scarlet and Gertrude Scarlet; his wife Alma Scarlet; and his siblings, Sylvester Scarlet and Betty Manes.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Thomas-Scarlet (Diana) of New Athens, Billy Ray Scarlet (Debra) of Waterloo, James Rocky Scarlet of Geneva and Wanda F. Gowen of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Dale J. Davis of New Athens and Jacob A. Burgin of New Athens, Illinois; and his great grandchildren, Mya G. Borenstein of Waterloo and Damion L. Davis of New Athens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
