He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. and Alzada H.. He is survived by: his children, Steven Butler (Denise) and Deanna Willett (David) of St. Charles, MO; his brother Calvin "Andy" Butler (Cindy) of Collinsville, IL; and his grandson Patrick Kelly Dallas (Maria).
