He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hoffmann and Elsie Hoffmann; and his siblings-in-law, Austin Wittenauer, Henry Gasser, Delores Wienhoff and Carol Eames.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Hoffmann; his children, Brian Alan Hoffmann and Lisa Lynn Pecha (Paul); his grandchildren, Lauren Pecha and Jacqueline Pecha; his sister Gladys Wittenauer-Thiele (Ray); and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Vogt, Erlene Gasser, Jay Vogt (Judy), Melvin Vogt and Vernon Weinhoff. He is also survived by nephews; and cousins.
