He is survived by: his children, Corey Matecki (Kimberly) of Waterloo and Jessica Faries (Konrad) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Kaiden and Easton Faries of Waterloo; his brothers, Robert Matecki and Roger Matecki (Robin); and his godchild Jamie Augustine (David) of Waterloo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
