It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Koenigstein of Waterloo, Illinois, born in Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Miller and Elizabeth Miller (Franck); her husband Kenneth Koenigstein; and her brother Edward Miller (Wanda). She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Wilkens (Thomas) of Waterloo, IL and Cheryl Davis (Gary) of Sparta, IL; her nieces, Carolyn Sheridan (Randy) and Mary Ann Sands (Bill); and her nephew Eddie Miller (Donna). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
Due to health concerns related to the Covid-19 virus and by the signing of executive order by Governor J. B. Pritzker, attendance will be limited and social distancing will be enforced.
