She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard C. Wuertz; her parents, Rudolph Carl and Anne Marie Fusch; her parents-in-law, Frank and Lillian Wuertz; her siblings-in-law, William Wuertz, James Wuertz, Don Schuttenhelm, Earl "Buck" Roy, David Ahrens, Rose Ahrens and Marilyn Schuttenhelm; and her nephews, John and Scott Wuertz.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl D. Wuertz (Denise) and David T. Wuertz; her grandchildren, Will, Emma, Matthew and Audrey; her sister Mary Ann Naimey; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Roy, Judy Wuertz, Jeannie Wuertz, Linda Wuertz and Tom Wuertz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Hospice of Southern Illinois.
