It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Rayot of Waterloo, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Chartrand and Edna Chartrand; and her brothers, Don and Jerry Chartrand. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Robert A. Rayot; her daughters, Susan Johnson (Jimmy) and Linda Neuman (Herb); her grandsons, Christopher Neuman and Charles Massie; and her brother Bill Chartrand (Cathy). She is also survived by brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Donor's Choice.
