She is survived by: her son David Lee Crutchfield (Terri Seyler); her grandchildren, Andrew and Alyson Anheuser Crutchfield; her great grandchild Brayden Lee Crutchfield; her nephews, Lowell Trueman and Richard Potts (Patricia); and her great-niece Trisha Trueman Weaver. She is also survived by many great great nieces; great great nephews; and many close relatives and friends.
