It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Arras (Waterloo, Illinois), born in Dupo, Illinois, who passed away on September 19, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Mary Ellen Huetsch (Jay); her grandchildren, Lisa Segura (Scott), Christina Matus (Javier), Kurt Harfmann (Cristy), John Huetsch (Christina) and Mark Huetsch (Liang); her great grandchildren, Cameron, Avery, Eric Segura, Alexa, Dylan Matus and Bailey Harfmann; and her brothers, Eugene Doerr (Sue) and Gary (Barb).
She had a great love of animals so donations can be made to Helping Strays of Monroe County.
