He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver F. Armbrecht and Gladys Armbrecht; his daughter Barbara Jean Armbrecht; his siblings, Eileen Johannsen, Mary Ford, Ruth Frierdich, Carol Gruber and David Armbrecht; and his parents-in-law, Wesley and Mary Roever.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Armbrecht; his children, Christina Mannix (John), Tanya Durrer (John), Darren Armbrecht (Sara), Kevin Armbrecht and Anthony Armbrecht (Melissa); his grandchildren, Julia, Elise Mannix, Andrew, Jacob Durrer, Tyler, Megan and Elisia Armbrecht; and his siblings, Lois Rabbermann and Dean Armbrecht. He is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; & cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Quernheim Funeral Home (800 S Market St, Waterloo, IL 62298). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to: SS Peter & Paul Catholic Grade School or Gibault Catholic High School.
