He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Thomas; and his birth mother Clara Jane. He is survived by: his mother Gwyneth (Thomas); his sister Elaine Thomas-Horton (Newlyn) of Waterloo, IL; and his aunts, Yvonne McDaniel of Sauget, IL and Joy Wallace (Many).
