He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy P. Nobbe and Alice M. Nobbe; and his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Bernice Schneider. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Nobbe; his sons, Bill Nobbe and Matt Nobbe; his sister Bonnie Marquardt (Stanley); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Schneider (Donna Burle) and Paul Schneider (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; and cousins.
