He is survived by: his wife Christina A. Rhodes; his daughters, Elizabeth Yaekel (Joseph) and Emily Ruppert (Joey); his grandchildren, Colin of Joseph and Olivia Yaekel; his sister Linda Nowlin; and his mother-in-law Imogene Myrick. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
