He is survived by: his children, Debbie, Jack Cauley, Shelly and Tim Lerch; and his grandchildren, Traci Doerner (Rob), Scott Cauley (Dee), David Brightwell (Missy), Crystal Cauley (Antonio), Jason Brightwell and Alex Lerch (Rebekah). He is also survived by his 8 great-grandchildren.
