He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mueller Kirk; his children, Shelby Kirk and Emmett Michael Kirk; his parents, Dr. Michael Kirk and Greta Kirk; his parents-in-law, Clarence and Cynthia Mueller; his sister Rebecca Roeckle (Timothy); his nephews, Isaac and Nathaniel Roeckle; and his grandmother Karrol Kirk.
