He was predeceased by: his children, Scott Caesar and Michele 'Shelly' Fassel; and his brothers, Richard Caesar and Robert Caesar. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Waterman of Waterloo, IL and Nancy Connelly (Keith) of Waterloo, IL; and his grandchildren, Cara Pulcher (Wayne), Christopher Fassel (Pat), Samantha Williams (Jarrett) and Casey Swank. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends.
