He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand G. Hoffmann and Leona Hoffmann; his brother Lloyd Hoffmann (Bette); his parents-in-law, Albert and Laverta Goldschmidt; and his nephew Keith Hoffmann.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hoffmann; his children, Scott Hoffmann (Marsha) and Donna Nicholson (David); his grandchildren, Emily, Anna Hoffmann, Rachel and Kyle Nicholson; his brother-in-law Allan Goldschmidt (Sue); his aunt Eileen Hoffman; and his nieces and nephews, Vicki Taake, Brooke Braswell (Brian), Brandon Goldschmidt (Lindsay) and Brett Goldschmidt (Leigh). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
