It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billie Marie Miller of Waterloo, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Isbill and Azalea Isbill (Evans); her former husband Charles E. Miller; her brother Richard Isbill (Nedra); and her great grandchild Marlee KayAnn Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Bud; her children, Darlene Farney (Dennis), Christine Brinkmann (Michael) and Chuck Miller (Laura); and her siblings, Barbara Lutz (Norris), Terry Isbill (Patty) and Doug Isbill (Diane). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
