With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernadette E. Pieper of Waterloo, Illinois, who passed away on August 17, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter R. Pieper; and her siblings, Lester Korte (Bernadine), Ruth M. Eschmann (Robert) and Adele Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Brent Pieper (Nancy), Bonnie Garner (David), Barbara Westhues (Stanley), Juanita Grither (Bryan) and Jeffrey Pieper; her grandchildren, Brittany Heinen (Tim), Elizabeth Garner (Dallas Simmons), Sarah Garner (Vince Martino), Casey Wolfe (Jonathon), Nikki Prewitt (Jack), Mitchell Westhues (Addie), Kelli Westhues, Amanda Grither (Luke Blakely), Alyssa Grither, Jessica McBride (Jason) and Brandi Haare (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Rory, Lucy Heinen, Josie, Graylen, Kane, Briar Wolfe, Emma, Wade Prewitt, Kate, Maci and Lexi McBride; her sister Loretta Morrissett (Clinton); and her brother-in-law Ellery Hawkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
