He is survived by: his wife Stacy Stork; his children, Griffin and Owen Stork; his father Roy Stork; his sister Sarah Chudd (Kevin); and his parents-in-law, Theresa Jackson (Mitch) and Greg Macke (Darla). He is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
