He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Obst and Selma Obst; and his sister Melba Schmitt. He is survived by: his wife Marian Obst; his sons, Mike Obst and David Obst; his granddaughter Elizabeth Obst; his sister Verna Levery; and his nieces, Susan, Sheryl, Marian and Diane.
