Ardell E. Dougherty Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ardell E. Dougherty of Waterloo, Illinois, born in Red Bud, Illinois, who passed away on February 9, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Schmeding and Martha Schmeding; and her siblings, Homer Schmeding, Ruth Kohler and Priscilla Heimos.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Bollinger (Michael), Don Dougherty, Karla Offermann (John), Susan Hitchcock (Hershel) and Dennis Dougherty (Jill); her stepdaughters, Vicki Olsen (Ed) and Patricia Dougherty; and her sister Barbara Schmeding. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
