He was predeceased by: his former wife Doris Gravagna; his parents, Annabelle Gravagna and Antonio "Tony" Gravagna; and his sister-in-law Debbie Gravagna. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jacinta "Cindy" Gravagna; his children, Laurie Wood (Tracy) and Benjamin Cozean (Tammy); his grandchildren, Gretta, Levi, Julia Triplett, Carter, Mason and Eli Cozean; his stepgrandchildren, Harper, Reagan, Savannah, Fletcher and Hudson Wood; and his siblings, Dennis Gravagna (Mary Ann), Alfred Gravagna (Donna), Maria Schuchardt (Bruce), Andy Gravagna (Mary Ann), Cecelia Buneta (Joe) and Charlie Gravagna (Amy). He is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law nieces; nephews; and cousins.
