He was predeceased by: his wife Irene M. McCarthy; and his parents, Daniel C. McCarthy and Hazel C. McCarthy. He is survived by: his children, Deborah McCarthy (Daniel Lewis) and Allison Washausen (Kevin); his grandchildren, Paige (Brandon Edwards) and Jacob Washausen; and his siblings, Joan Smith (Thomas), Patrick McCarthy (Jane) and Gertie Eshom (Bob). He is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; neices; nephews; and cousins.
As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: SS Peter & Paul Church-Waterloo.
