She is survived by: her husband D. Dale Mayfield of Wataga, Illinois; and her children, Kevin Lee Mayfield (Trina) of Altona, Illinois and DeAnn Faye England (Terry) of Oneida, Illinois.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Baptist Church (215 N Olin, Altona, IL 61414).
