She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mazzocco and Mary Ellen Mazzocco (Cundy); her husband Robert G. Cozadd; her son Keith; and her grandson Brad.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Cozadd, Jr. (Bonnie) of Alexis, Mike Cozadd (Teresa) of Wataga and Rick Cozadd (Cindy) of Abingdon; and her sister Anna McGlade of Colorado. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
