She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lebegue and Mildred Lebegue (Rogier); her daughter Debra Steele; her grandson Cole Steele; her sisters, Myrtle Buzzard and Gene (Herb Luginbuhl); and her brother-in-law John Goodwin.
She is survived by: her sons, David Steck (Sharon) of Galesburg and Dean Steck (Janice) of Laurel; her son-in-law Lee Steele (Stephanie) of Gilson; her sister Elaine Goodwin of DeKalb; her siblings-in-law, Jerry Buzzard of Trenton and Shirley Steck of Wataga; and her grandchildren, Craig Steck (Stephanie), Dirk Steele (Lindsey), Darla Donovan (Chris), Crystal Dunklau (Ryan) and Michelle Clague (Scott Montilla).
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church or the Knox County 4-H and Extension.
