He is survived by: his sons, Mark Bailey (Rachel) of Winter Haven and Jason Bailey (Tracey) of Galesburg; his sister Judy Morris (Gordon) of O'Fallon; his grandchildren, Nicholas Bailey, Shelby Lynn Bailey, Olivia Bailey and Shelby Nicole Bailey; and his close friend Peggy Hightower of Wataga.
