It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Winifred Parker (Washington, Illinois), born in Mackinaw, Illinois, who passed away on March 14, 2014, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Barnard and Lillian Cruise Barnard; and her sisters, Phyllis Jackson and Georgetta Herring. She is survived by: her husband George H. Parker; and her siblings, Wilma Rivers of Pekin and Randy (Gail Wagner) of Mackinaw.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to her church or Central Illinois German Shepherd Dog Rescue "CIGSDR" P.O. Box 17464 Urbana, IL 61803.
