He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Witmer and Helen Luethye Witmer; his wife Kathy McCluskey Witmer; his sons, Jarret W. Witmer (Loona), Nicholas J. Witmer, Jason E. Witmer (Lisa), Sean B. Hast (Amy), Richard K. Witmer and Seth Witmer; his grandchildren, Vera Grace Witmer, Evelyn Ann Witmer, Henry William Witmer, Gunnar Sean Hast, Victoria Witmer, Philip Witmer, Adam Witmer, Cameron Lee Hast and Tyler Joseph Hast; his nieces and nephews, Stacey Johnson Lukins, Melissa Otis, Jennifer McCluskey, Katie Rollins, Marc Johnson, Jeremy Anderson, Brian McCluskey and David McCluskey; and his sisters, Lynne Hatcher and Sharon Anderson.
