She is survived by: her husband Michael Evans; her children, Shawna (Jason Meni), Heather (Steven Bloomquist) and Timothy; and her daughter-in-law Melinda Evans of Alton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
