He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hollis and Belva Irene Baldwin Libotte; his son Michael Duane Libotte; and his sister Martha Redd. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Leanette Mingus; his daughter Jamie Lin Libotte of Washington; his grandchildren, Michael Timothy Libotte (La Desta) of Washington, Amanda Rachelle High (Derek) of Springfield, Nathaniel C. Libotte of Washington, Noah A. Libotte of Washington and Gabriel Thomas Libotte of Washington; his great grandchildren, Kile, Alexis, Jordyn, Harper and Michael; his nieces, Suzy Walters (Ed) and Diana Browning; and his great-nephews, Eddie, Josh and Dan.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to his church, or to International Disaster Emergency Services (IDES).
