She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Skaggs and Winifred Hobbs Skaggs; her former husband Calvin Meyer; her husband Arthur Evans; her stepdaughter Jane Evans; and her stepson-in-law Rodney Rouse.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Blum (Mike), Deidre Drees (Richard) and Denise Bailey (Chad); and her stepchildren, John Evans, Althea Rouse, Curt Evans (Cari) and Ken Evans. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
