It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirlie A. Stark of Washington, Illinois, born in Fresno, California, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin and Julia Espinosa Franklin; and her son Paul V. Stark Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, David Stark (Debra) of Washington and Terry Stark.
