She is survived by: her daughter Tabitha Neltner of Washington; her grandchildren, Daniel Neltner of Peoria Heights, Bobby Neltner of Washington, Neiko Martin-Neltner, Carmelo Herrera-Neltner, Angelo Martin, Ciera Neltner and Olivia Neltner; and her brother Joe Crew (Debbie) of Bellevue. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
