He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Wagner and Lucretia Bond Wagner; and his brother Glenn Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Marlene K. Hunzicker; his children, Kimberly Heap (James) of Bloomington, Terilyn Cagle of Washington, Gwen Howarter of Washington and Bond Wagner of Washington; and his brother Gerald May of Albuquerque, NM.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to a fund established at Washington State Bank for final expenses.
