She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Smith and Lucille Hinrichsen Smith; her husband Larry Leon Sr.; her sister Jeanne; and her son-in-law Nick Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Lauri Davis (late Nick) of Chillicothe, IL, Larry "Joe" Leon Jr. (Susie) of Chillicothe, IL, Gary Leon (Tonya) of Pekin, IL, Mark Leon of Washington, IL and Sarah Kaufmann (Trent) of East Peoria, IL.; her grandchildren, Josh Burton (Carla), Jeremy Burton (Amy), Dustin Leon (Karen), Heather Colwell (Gill), Shelby Davis, Zak Davis (Rachel), Michael Leon (Bailey), Dakota Edwards (Sierra), Jasmine Turner, Jacob Leon, Kaylin Stevenson (Isaac), Andrea Edwards, Abby Leon, Andrew Kaufmann and Matthew Kaufmann; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Emily, Hailey, Hannah, Jack, Riley, Ryker and Adonis; and her sister Kathy Zabokrtsky (Steve) of Troy Mills, IA.. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mason-White Funeral Home (20 Valley Forge Dr, Washington, IL 61571). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
