He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Cooper and Julia Cooper (Hubbs); and his brother Harold Cooper. He is survived by: his spouse Vera DeWitt; his children, Debbie Sutton (Gary) of East Peoria and David Cooper (Penny) of O'Fallon, IL; and his granddaughters, Morgan Cooper of Seattle, WA and Madelyn Cooper of O'Fallon.
