He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kathleen Irene Farrar; his children, Rich Doering (Shelley) of Racine, WI, Dan Doering (Karen) of Rochester, MN and Jennifer Scheid (Mike) of Bryson City; his siblings, Thomas Doering (Darla) of Chillicothe, IL, Mike Doering of Peoria, IL, Bob Doering (Mary Jo) of East Peoria, IL and Deborah Wilson of Peoria, IL; and his brother-in-law Kim Davis of Bloomington, IL.. He was also cherished by six grandsons and one granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in Ron's name.
