He is survived by: his wife Camille LaCivita; his daughters, Kim Kirk of Washington and Jennifer Heller of Morton; his stepchildren, Jeff Paulis of Denver, CO, Pam Kingham (Ted) of Germantown Hills and Greg Paulis of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Mandy, Sean, Ben, Kaylin (Trevor), Madison, Olivia, Nate and Zane; his great grandchild Lucas; and his sister-in-law Mary Heller.
