He was predeceased by: his daughters, Carla Kay Blaine and Brenda Lee Blaine; his siblings, Betty Wade, Sylvia Rivas, Myrtle Blaine and Francis Blaine; and his grandchildren, Daniel Reatherford and Brandon A. Reatherford.
He is survived by: his spouse Lori L. Stange; and his children, Richard D. Blaine (Terri) of Odon, IN, Debbie Gillinger (Jimmy) of Washington, Robert L. Blaine of Washington, Michael B. Blaine of Washington and Patrick A. Blaine of Washington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois, or Peoria Honor Flight.
