He was predeceased by: his siblings, Josephine Stalzer of Madison, SD, Tony Noe (Sheila) of Marquette Heights and Ralph Noe (Carol) of Springfield; and his son Daniel Noe. He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis G. MacRae; his grandchildren, David Goings (Dee) of Jacksonville, Sarah Terrian (Josh) of Lovington, Christina Goings of Forest Park and Michael Ice of Peoria; and his great grandchildren, Katie, James and Julia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church or Transitions Hospice.
